The Hortense round 15 light bronze pendant is the signature piece of the Hortense collection by Annet van Egmond and Maretti Lighting. Five clusters of the Hortense 3 light pendant are grouped on a 40 cm black ceiling plate, creating a total of fifteen light points. The bronze toned structure with gold coloured flowers and visible laser cut veins gives a rich, sculptural appearance. With a maximum drop of 2.8 metres and individually adjustable cords, this pendant is designed for double height spaces. The 1W G4 LED lamps are phase cut dimmable and supplied complete with driver.

The Hortense round 15 light bronze pendant is designed for spaces where height and scale play a key role. This feature piece in the Hortense collection is created by sculptor and light artist Annet van Egmond in collaboration with Maretti Lighting. The fixture consists of a 40 cm black round ceiling plate with five clusters of the Hortense 3 light pendant, creating a total of fifteen light points.
The design is rooted in the hydrangeas from Annet’s garden. The veins and natural structures of the leaves are translated into metal flowers with an organic shape. The veins are CNC laser cut, while the other components are hand formed, welded and finished. The bronze toned frame with gold coloured flowers makes the floral shapes stand out. Although the fixture is made entirely of metal, it still appears soft and natural in the space.
The pendants have a maximum drop of 2.8 metres and can be adjusted individually during installation. This allows you to tailor the composition to your stairwell void, double height entrance or gallery space. You can align the clusters at one level or create a more playful staggered arrangement. Due to its scale, the fixture draws a clear vertical line in the space without feeling heavy.
Each flower contains a 1W G4 LED lamp. This light source has low energy consumption, a long lifetime and can be replaced. Together, the fifteen light points provide a warm, comfortable light while keeping the veins and contours of the flowers clearly visible. The pendant is supplied complete with driver and is dimmable with phase cut, so you can adapt the light to a welcoming scene, dining setting or a more intimate atmosphere.
