LEAD TIME & DELIVERY

The information regarding lead time and delivery mainly pertains to shipping processes for webshop orders, but it is also relevant for other purchases, unless specific arrangements have been made.


FAQ

  • When will my order be delivered?

    For items in stock, orders placed before 13:00 hours are typically delivered the next day in the Netherlands, provided there are no delays.

    If you have ordered artisanal products, the maximum delivery time may be 56 business days. You can find the exact number of business days for these products on our webshop. We often manage to deliver your order faster than the maximum delivery time indicates.

  • Can I track the status of my order?

    Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a track & trace code to follow its journey. Once the carrier schedules your package for delivery, you will receive an email with the exact date and time of delivery.

  • Can I choose a different delivery date or time?

    Yes, you can avail our premium services for alternative delivery times or specific delivery days. Please contact us at orders@maretti.com for more information.

  • What happens if I'm not at home when my order is delivered?

    If you are not at home during the delivery, our carrier will come back the next day. If you are not at home again, the carrier will leave a card in your mailbox requesting you to contact them to arrange a new delivery appointment within 5 days.

  • My order is damaged, incorrect, incomplete, what should I do?

    Upon receiving your package, please check if everything is in good condition and if there are no defects. If any issues are found, please immediately send an email to binnendienst@maretti.com with your order number and photos.

  • I have not received my order yet, what should I do now?

    If you have not received your order, we understand that this may be causing inconvenience and we would like to assist you further. Please follow the steps below:

    Check Your Tracking Information: If you have received a track & trace code, use it to track your order. Check the current status and expected delivery date of your package. There might be delays with the delivery service.
    Delivery Times: Refer to the estimated delivery time for the items you have ordered. For in-stock items, this is usually the next day, but for artisanal products, the maximum delivery time can be up to 56 working days.
    Delivery Attempts: Check if an attempt has been made to deliver your order. Look in your mailbox or see if the carrier left a card to arrange a new delivery.
