IP ratings and moisture resistance

All fixtures must have the appropriate IP rating to ensure safe and reliable operation. For direct pool lighting, IP68 (fully waterproof) is required, while IP65 (dust- and splash-proof) is suitable for most sauna and steam areas. Maretti’s wellness lighting solutions are carefully selected and tested for such demanding conditions. In addition to moisture resistance, fixtures must withstand high sauna temperatures (up to 100°C) and chemicals used in pool maintenance. By using premium LED technology, we minimize heat generation and extend the lifespan of the fixtures.
