RETURNING AND CANCELLATION

You can easily return items by following these steps, applicable only to webshop orders. For orders placed outside the webshop, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions at the bottom of the page.


You have 14 days of reconsideration starting from the day your package is delivered.

After this period, you still have 14 days to actually return the product.
- Fill out the return form and place it in the return package.


Upon receiving your package, the refund will be processed within 14 days.                
 - The shipping costs for your return are at your own expense.

    Sales items cannot be returned.

  • How do I register my return shipment?

    You do not need to register your return shipment. However, it is necessary to fill out the return form and place it in the box with the items you wish to return.

  • How do I send my return shipment?

    1. Package the items: Safely place the items you want to return in a suitable packaging, preferably in the original packaging if possible.

    3. Send the package: Take your package to a post office, courier service, or another shipping location and send it to the provided return address. Please note: The shipping costs for your return are at your own expense.

    4. Keep the shipping receipt: Keep the shipping receipt carefully, as it serves as proof of your return shipment in case of any issues during the shipping process.

  • Can I track the status of my return shipment?

    Yes, if you choose a shipping method that allows you to track the shipment (such as with a tracking number), you can generally track the status of your return shipment. This tracking number is usually provided when you send your return through a courier service or via a post office that offers this service.

    To track the status of your return shipment, you can use the tracking number on the website of the courier service or postal company through which you sent the return. This will allow you to see where your package is and when it is being sent and received at the return address.

  • My order is damaged, incorrect, incomplete, what to do?

    Upon receiving your package, please check if you have received everything in good condition and if there are no defects. If there are any, please send an email immediately to orders@maretti.com with your order number and photos.

  • What are the return conditions?

    If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all supplied accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.

    You are responsible for the costs and the risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address: Bolderweg 7, 1332 AX Almere.

    We cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost goods during the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and traceable shipment. We cannot grant a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of returned delivery.
