The Hortense 3 light wall lamp is designed by artist Annet van Egmond in collaboration with Maretti Lighting. Inspired by hydrangeas from her garden, the CNC laser cut leaf veins, bronze toned frame and gold coloured flowers form a sculptural wall piece. Three 1W G4 LED lamps create a warm, refined glow and can be dimmed with phase cut. This sustainable wall fixture works beautifully in hallways, living rooms and bedrooms, as well as in hotel and restaurant projects.

The Hortense 3 light wall lamp is part of the Hortense collection by Annet van Egmond in collaboration with Maretti Lighting. The collection originates from a sculpture that Annet developed and welded by hand in her studio. Maretti translated this artwork together with her into a lighting range that can be used in interiors and projects while keeping the artistic signature intact.
The inspiration for Hortense comes from the hydrangeas in Annet’s garden. The veins, structures and rhythms of the leaves form the basis for the floral shapes of the wall light. The veins are CNC laser cut from metal, while the other parts are hand formed, welded and shaped. This results in a fully metal fixture that still looks soft and organic. The bronze toned frame combined with the gold coloured flowers makes the floral shapes clearly visible on the wall.
The three light points use 1W G4 LED lamps. They have low energy consumption, a long lifetime and can be replaced, which makes the Hortense wall lamp a sustainable choice. The warm light flows along the veins and contours of the flowers and creates a calm play of reflections and shadows on the surface behind. The fixture is supplied complete with driver and light sources and is dimmable with phase cut, so you can adjust the light level to the function of the space, from soft ambient light to slightly more functional light.
The Hortense 3 light wall lamp can be used in many different settings. In a hallway it creates a welcoming first impression. In a living room or seating area it adds extra atmosphere next to a sofa or cabinet. In the bedroom it works as decorative secondary lighting.
