Villa in Breda
In Breda, a characterful detached villa with a thatched roof has been realized, designed by architect and interior designer Bob Manders. The exterior exudes authenticity, while the interior is arranged in a modern and refined style. Luxurious materials such as dark, warm wood and marble on the upper floor create a stylish contrast between classic and contemporary living.
For the lighting, a collaboration was formed with Maretti Lighting, implementing a carefully designed lighting plan that enhances both the architecture and the interior. Functional accents are provided by the Fortaleza 50 recessed fixtures, for example in the walk-in closet. The entire villa features Verona recessed spotlights, bringing calm and unity to the lighting design.
On the upper floor, the elegant Bo pendant lamp was chosen—placed next to the bed, by the mirrors in the bathroom, and above the void—creating a continuous interplay of lines and a sense of luxury. In the kitchen, a subtle, warm atmosphere was created using Modesto recessed spotlights in bronze above the cooking island. This combination of high-quality materials, thoughtful lighting design, and architectural balance makes this villa a perfect interplay of classic character and modern comfort.
