Townhouse in Breda
In the heart of Breda stands a historic townhouse that has been in the same family for generations. The owners gave the property a contemporary makeover while preserving its heritage. Authentic elements, such as the original floor and staircase, were carefully maintained, while modern accents bring new life to the spaces.
For Maretti Lighting, the challenge was to enhance the balance between classic and modern design. In the dining room, the striking Infinito 16-light chandelier takes center stage, reappearing in other rooms as a wall lamp. Palermo trimless spots and Modesto tube spots provide subtle architectural lighting.
Other rooms are adorned with Gable wall lamps, while in the dressing room, two horizontal Rope pendants elegantly hang above the wardrobes. The vertical version of the Rope collection features in the hallway, visually connecting the spaces. In the master bedroom, Paradiso smoked glass pendants and rail lighting mounted on the original beams create a luxurious hotel ambiance while highlighting the home’s historic character.
