Divorce Housing

For the rapidly growing organization Divorce Housing / Young Housing, interior architecture firm Lasut & Braun created a sustainable and impactful office concept with a warm, homely atmosphere. The organization offers temporary housing solutions after relationship breakdowns, as well as real estate advice and management. This versatile character required a smart layout of the office into four zones: conference, co-work, concentration, and connect – each with its own atmosphere but cohesive in appearance.

For the lighting, a functional base of white 3-phase track lighting with Kodiak 35 spots was chosen, allowing the zones to be controlled separately. As a statement piece, the playful Rope pendant lamp is used throughout the office. The braided fabric cord around the LED linear tube not only makes a visual statement but also provides dimmable light—ideal for both formal meetings and informal conversations. In this way, lighting forms an essential part of both the atmosphere and the flexibility of the office.
