Villa Almere

Team Maretti welcomes new ideas and closely collaborates with clients, such as the owner of this home, showcasing technical insight and an eye for detail. He personally designed the robust interior and two unique light chandeliers.

The Franklin 6-light chandelier illuminates the dining area with G9 LED light sources in large glass spheres, a technical feat with concealed wiring. The challenge also involved the Fenna Glass chandelier in the damp bathroom, equipped with dimmable CTA LEDs providing soft diffuse light.

The lighting plan includes LED strips around the dropped ceiling, giving it a 'floating' appearance, enhancing the grey-brown Dofine surface with added sheen. Art pieces are highlighted by recessed spotlights, while the ABE Wall (by LOTZ) functions as a piece of art itself.

Silver-grey window coverings and imposing black steel pivot doors, complemented by soft fabrics on furniture for a cozy, high-end ambiance. The office features the adaptable Magnetrack system and subtle fixtures for a pleasant workspace.

Transitioning from a bedroom to a master bedroom involves special wall finishes, carpeting, muted colors, and strategic lighting for a luxurious feel. The Lutron lighting control system offers optimal ease of use.
