Crematorium Pelgrimshof
At Maretti Lighting, we are proud of our contribution to the Pelgrimshof Crematorium, a project designed by Hans Kuijten. Located in a serene environment in the middle of the woods, overlooking a large pond, the Pelgrimshof offers an ambiance reminiscent of a five-star hotel. The interior exudes warmth and elegance thanks to the use of high-quality materials and rich hues. For this special project, we designed a lighting plan that perfectly complements the loving and warm ambiance of the crematorium. Our goal was to accentuate the beauty of the space and create a sense of peace and comfort.
We used a carefully selected variety of spotlights, ranging from recessed to surface-mounted spots. The basic lighting is subtly recessed to ensure a seamless and sleek appearance. The surface-mounted tube spots are strategically placed to highlight the beautiful walls, with sets of two spots providing a luxurious and voluminous look. This creates an airy space without an excess of lighting elements.
Additionally, we applied LED lighting to the lowered ceilings and under the bar, which provides indirect light and an extra luxurious appearance. For the mood lighting, we chose materials that radiate warmth, such as bronze and smoked glass. Infinito lamps designed by Marcel Wolterinck hang above the counter, while the Icon series above the bar creates a refined atmosphere. The Tulip pendant lamps above the tables and the Gable wall lamps add a touch of timeless beauty to the walls. Maretti Lighting's lighting plan embraces the loving warmth of the Pelgrimshof and highlights the beautiful materials and designs. We are delighted to be part of a project that offers so much meaning and comfort to its visitors.
